Baked sweet spuds with zesty turkey steaks

Two main ingredients – sweet potatoes and turkey steaks. I have topped up the sweet potatoes with sweet chilli sauce ( I added too much ๐Ÿ™‚ ) and grated ginger and added lemon zest and lemon juice to the turkey steaks. Little touches turned into a great flavour! Serve with the salad of your choice ( I love the Greek version with the splash of soft feta cheese).

Veggie intake tick. If you manage to stick to just one pita, it is a pretty healthy quick dinner option:)I like using the chicken souvlaki stripsย  from Coles, saves time and tastes great. You will have some leftover pitas, you can refrigerate them and use as a pizza base later on.
