Enjoy the messy tortillas in the comfort of your home. You can add as little or as many toppings as you want to the tortillas. The tortillas are mini, so it is so easy to lose track , stop counting calories and just enjoy the spicy flavours balanced with avo and sour cream. Cut three deep slashes across each chicken breast. Combine water, chicken seasoning (from the Taco kit) in a medium saucepan. Add chicken.
Bring to the boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Turn the chicken half way through the cooking time.
Transfer chicken to a cutting board. Simmer sauce, uncovered until slightly reduced. Meanwhile, using two forks, shred chicken. Return shredded chicken to the pan and stir until chicken is heated through and coated in sauce.
Wrap tortillas in foil and pop them in the oven at 200 C for at least 5 minutes.
Prepare your guacamole by chopping avo and tomatoes, mixing them together. Sprinkle with lime. If you like onion, add half of chopped red onion
Slice the lettuce and serve all the elements. Don't forget the sour cream. Now everyone is responsible for making their own tortillas and your job is done!
