Baked sweet potatoes goodness filled with broccolini, smoked chicken and crushed hazelnuts. You should have plenty of leftovers left unless you devour all of the stuffed sweet potato boats. Serve with a side salad.

Some random ingredients tossed together for a pretty and delicious chicken dinner. Serve with roasted potatoes or sweet potatoes coated in ground cinnamon. If you can’t find caperberries, just use the regular capers instead.

I like my laksa mild. If you feel the same way, just add more stock and coconut milk to balance out the spiciness level. You can also use half of the laksa paste. Choose a good quality one. Hot tip -to speed up the process , get someone to help you peel the prawns. You can remove the tails or leave the tails intact.

You may think Russians are weird eating cheesecake for breakfast. I swear it is a breakfast dish because the main ingredient is cottage cheese. I loved eating zapekanka growing up as a kid. My Aussie partner gave the dish a big thumbs up, so it is approved by non Russian 🙂
