Start your day well with this healthy brekkie.


  • 4
  • 100 Grams
    natural yoghurt
  • handful of spinach
  • 1
    bunch of brocollini
  • Olive Oil
  • handful of feta or Persian feta


  1. Whisk eggs and yoghurt in a bowl.

  2. Pour egg mixture in a frying pan, add spinach. Cook over low heat till creamy and fluffy. Cook brocollini for a couple of minutes.

  3. Top the scrambled eggs with brocollini and feta.

    Breakfast is my favourite treat I think. I like this twist on scrambled eggs, I will be trying it out soon ( trying to put more yoghurt in my diet)
