Baked Gnocchi

Preheat oven to 200 C. Grease a baking dish. Cook gnocchi following packet instructions. Drain well.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the onion and bacon, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and garlic to the onion mixture . Cook until mushrooms are browned. Add the wine and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the cooking cream and sour cream. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir in the kale and gnocchi. Spoon into the prepared dish.
Combine the breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the gnocchi mixture. Bake for 15 minutes.
