You can be quite creative with this salad and choose alternatives. If you don’t like beef roast, choose a piece of eye fillet. To speed up the process, you can use the beetroot from the jar. Instead of beetroot hommus, use the regular hommus if you prefer. Lots of options to please everyone 🙂

I love discovering new salmon recipes and this one definitely hits the mark. It is a must try recipe when cauliflower is in season. If I had my own restaurant this dish would be on the menu 🙂

Baked sweet potatoes goodness filled with broccolini, smoked chicken and crushed hazelnuts. You should have plenty of leftovers left unless you devour all of the stuffed sweet potato boats. Serve with a side salad.

I like my laksa mild. If you feel the same way, just add more stock and coconut milk to balance out the spiciness level. You can also use half of the laksa paste. Choose a good quality one. Hot tip -to speed up the process , get someone to help you peel the prawns. You can remove the tails or leave the tails intact.
