Sweet & sour turkey stir fry

Quick and healthy stir fry. Keep your wok on a high heat. Slice the vegetables in advance to make the cooking process easy and quick.


Ingredients

  • 400 Grams
    turkey fillet, cut in strips
  • 1
    pack of sweetcorn
  • 1
    red capsicum
  • 100 Grams
    sugar snap peas
  • 2
    baby carrots
  • 100 Grams
    bean sprouts
  • 1
    orange
  • 3 Tablespoons
    soy sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon
    honey
  • 2 Teaspoons
    cornflour
  • 2
    garlic gloves, finely chopped
  • 200 Grams
    egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in the wok and fry the turkey strips until browned. Set aside. Wipe clean the wok.

  2. Slice all the vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add the turkey strips, once vegetables are cooked. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to the packet instructions.

  3. Mix the orange zest and juice, soy sauce, honey , cornflour and garlic together. Pour over the stir fry and let it bubble. Drain noodles and add to the wok. Stir well to combine. Stir through the bean sprouts.
