Stir fry is my favourite dish to make. Cut all the ingredients beforehand and keep the wok hot. Get creative and add more vegies if you wish.

Ingredients

  • 300 Grams
    pork stir fry
  • 1
orange or red capsicum , sliced
  • 200 Grams
    oyster mushrooms, sliced
  • 100 Grams
    bean sprouts
  • 2 Tablespoons
    dry sherry
  • plum sauce
  • 250 Grams
    egg noodles
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry pork for 2-3 minutes. Remove pork from the wok and set aside. Wipe the wok.

  2. Add the capsicum to the wok and stir fry for 2 minutes, then add mushrooms and beansprouts. Stir fry for a couple of minutes, then add the sherry and the plum sauce and heat until boiling.

  3. Meanwhile, cook the noodles as per packet instructions. Drain the noodles, then add to the wok and toss well.
