Italian Tray bake

Just pop everything on the tray and a delicious dinner will be ready in 4o minutes, and you do not have to lift a finger, just chill! If you want some roast veggies with your dinner – go for carrots and Brussel sprouts. Drizzle with olive oil and coat with  honey , pop the veggies on the baking tray and bake for half an hour.


Ingredients

  • 500
    peeled potatoes cut in chunks
  • 4
    chicken thighs,bone in
  • 4
    Italian sausages
  • zest of one lemon
  • fresh rosemary
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 C

  2. Put the potatoes into a large, shallow baking tray and add the chicken thighs and sausage. Arrange rosemary springs among the chicken and sausages

  3. Zest the lemon over everything and season with salt and pepper.
    Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 40-50 minutes till chicken and sausages and golden and potatoes are cooked through
