This recipe screams healthy and tastes divine if you are a salmon lover. It is so easy so cook in summer when the barbeque is out and in use.

Preheat a barbeque grill on high
Place all vegetable into the bowl, sprinkle with a teaspoon of Harissa and oil and toss to coat. Cook on barbeque until charred
Season the fish with salt and a bit of Harissa. Grill on the barbeque.
Combine the charred vegetables and salad mix, drizzle with red wibe vinegar and a bit of olive oil. Toss well co combine.
Plate up fish and salad .
