    harissa seasoning
  • 1

  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Make your seasoning for the avocado by mixing sesame seeds, lemon zest and harissa seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Cut a slice or two of sourdough bread. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Put the bread onto the grill for a couple of minutes.

  3. Slice avocado into wedges. Gently press avo wedges onto the bread. Sprinkle generously with the avocado seasoning.

  4. Poach your egg or two for 2 minutes in the boiling water. You can always add a splash of vinegar to the boiling water. Drain your poached eggs on a paper towel and place on top of your sourdough toast.
