Avo on sourdough bread with a twist
If you get a nice sourdough loaf from the markets, the best way to use it is making avo with a twist on a grilled sourdough bread. The seasoning on avo that what takes it to the next level. It gets as good or even better than the brekkie at your local café.

Make your seasoning for the avocado by mixing sesame seeds, lemon zest and harissa seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut a slice or two of sourdough bread. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Put the bread onto the grill for a couple of minutes.
Slice avocado into wedges. Gently press avo wedges onto the bread. Sprinkle generously with the avocado seasoning.
Poach your egg or two for 2 minutes in the boiling water. You can always add a splash of vinegar to the boiling water. Drain your poached eggs on a paper towel and place on top of your sourdough toast.
